Processing & Production Time All Drizzle & Tizzle products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship to over 230 countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Drizzle & Tizzle.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at drizzletizzle@gmail.com. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship or refund your order.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at drizzletizzle@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order goes into production.
